The food is fabulous (expensive but worth the money). The view is fabulous. And the customer service even more fabulous. Big shout out to Duncan who managed our large group (12) with great attention and patience. Plating some of the mains between couples which we really appreciated and enjoyed. Recommend the Avocado & Beet Salad, Seafood Tortellini and a MUST the sticky toffee pudding.

This lakeside fine dining restaurant is exceptional. We went there on our anniversary. The atmosphere is serene, the service impeccable, and the food outstanding. The lamb was perfectly cooked, and the seafood pasta was rich and flavorful. A must-visit for an unforgettable experience!

We had reservations for 7:30pm on a Friday and were seated in a back area that I thought felt separated but my spouse didn’t mind. Our view was of a portion of the docks through some of the extremely dirty windows that actually obscured our view. For a restaurant which touts it view as a main theme, they should demand that the hotel clean the windows regularly. That is the end of our criticism. Our server was perfect with the right amount of attentiveness and an unobtrusive and experienced manner. Kingston was the last stop of our 9 day exploration of Ontario and we hoped that this meal would be the highlight of our dining experience. We were not disappointed. The restaurant demonstrated elevated dining beyond anything we expected. Each dish was pleasantly unexpected and we fully appreciated the chef’s creative and delightfully surprising take on otherwise common dishes. The presentation was visually remarkable without being over the top. We have had the good fortune to dine at some of the world’s top rated restaurants including Eleven Madison Park & Per Se (New York NY), The French Laundry & Ivy (California) and we would include AquaTerra in our same top 10 list as the aforementioned. Equally pleasing were the desserts which exhibited a similar creative spirit. Overall a truly wonderful dining adventure.

Great views and quiet atmosphere to enjoy a date night or good food amongst friends. There are several unique dishes that offer great flavours and aren’t your typical breakfast options. Highly recommend the Lions Mane eggs Benedict, while the challah French toast is heavenly. Highly recommend.

My husband and I frequently visit Kingston and lately have stayed at the Delta Hotel. Luckily, in doing so, we discovered the AquaTerra restaurant inside the Delta. Arguably the best restaurant in Kingston. Aside from its breathtaking views on the water, the service and meals are outstanding. The elegant atmosphere coupled with a casual sophistication for dinner were only outdone by the wonderful meal and the outstanding service. Our waiter Marcos, clearly a seasoned veteran, guided us through the menu and was attentive throughout. I ordered the Salmon paella while my husband opted for the rib eye steak. Both were delicious and on point. Breakfast and brunch are also wonderful dining experiences with a beautiful menu filled with local ingredients and seasonal selections. I can say without a doubt now that AquaTerra is our "go-to" restaurant when visiting Kingston! Until next time, Diane and Blake Ottawa, Ontario

Stayed at the Delta and had Saturday brunch in AquaTerra. The food was so good, I have stayed here several times and never eaten here before, mostly because of timing, but I will fully ensure that I eat here again. We had Belgian waffles with bacon and creme brulee french toast. They were excellent.

Amazing food with great staff and a great atmosphere. Wonderful views of the harbour and RMC as well as a Martello tower. Parking onsite but can be a bit tight for larger SUV’s. We celebrate my son’s birthday and the server was fantastic. All the food was amazingly and delicious.

We made reservations for my sister's birthday. I must say all of the positive reviews don't do this place justice. From the cozy seating, simple but refined menu, absolutely delicious appetizers, mains and desserts, comfortable, relaxing ambiance and we can't forget the service. Our server Marco was very friendly, funny, accommodating and helpful. He made us feel very welcome. And we can't forget our mixologist Abby who made the most amazing drinks for us and left a memorable experience with my nephew who will never forget this visit. Hope to see you all again when we visit Kingston. We highly recommend this gem.
